Founded in 2005, the Snohomish Parks Foundation is a group of dedicated volunteers working closely with the community and the city to help our existing park and trail needs as well as plan for the future.
Snohomish has a long legacy of commitment to providing parkland to the community. Founding Families, such as the Ferguson and Blackman families began a tradition over 100 years ago of donating land for community use. SPF hopes to provide a tool to help carry on this fine tradition.
We are a non-profit, tax-exempt, volunteer organization formed to encourage citizens to take an active role in our parks. Parks and trails improve the quality of life in our community by providing opportunities for families to play, relax, and be healthy. We are funded through donations.
